Privacy notice

What we collect, why we hold it, who we share it with, and how we handle confidential business information.

Last updated: August 2026.

CrossPoint Solutions Business Limited, trading as CrossPoint Solutions (registered in England and Wales, company no. 16550636; ICO registration ZC062500), is a business operations consultancy based in Surrey. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • If you enquire through this website: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the option you selected and your message.
  • If you become a client: the contact details and business information needed to deliver the engagement — which, because our work involves reviewing how your business operates, may include access to your systems, process documentation and performance data.
  • Incidental personal data: where we review workflows or client retention, we may see personal data belonging to your staff or your customers. We process that only on your instructions, as your processor.

Why we hold it, and our lawful basis

  • To answer your enquiry. Your consent, and our legitimate interest in replying.
  • To deliver the engagement. Performance of our contract with you.
  • To meet legal duties. Tax and company law require us to keep certain business records.

Who we share it with

Only with the suppliers who run the systems we use — our email provider, our website host and the form service that delivers messages sent from this site — and with anyone we are legally required to tell. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for third-party marketing.

Confidentiality

Our work regularly involves commercially sensitive information about how your business runs. We treat it as confidential, we do not name clients publicly without permission, and we are happy to sign your NDA before any detailed conversation.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted on request. Records relating to completed engagements are kept for as long as we need them to support the work and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format.

Email Sasha@crosspoint.solutions or call 07466 360981. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

Please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
